This B&B offers a great location near the San Marco square, making it close to all the major attractions. Guests can easily explore the tourist highlights and also enjoy the local neighborhood. The Arsenale water bus stop is conveniently nearby, allowing for easy transportation. The rooms are spacious and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy a substantial breakfast with a variety of options. some rooms offer exceptional views of the Grand Canal.
Some guests reported issues with the electric sockets, which could be inconvenient for charging devices or using appliances.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect as it was right on the Grand Canal and very close to the main sights. We could easily walk to the transport options and the San Marco square. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities provided were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to satisfy our appetites.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It's in a beautiful location right on the promenade near the Arsenale stop, with a stunning view of the canal from the rooms. The basic amenities like the safe deposit box, fridge, and electric kettle were all provided, making it a great value for money. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was great!
